📋 Description

• Provide functional support for Workday HCM and related modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. • Perform system testing, data loads, organizational maintenance, reporting, and analysis. • Investigate and resolve system and data issues, escalating complex problems as needed. • Support security audits, role reviews, access controls, and compliance requirements. • Maintain process documentation and support cross-training initiatives. • Partner with the HR Experience Team to conduct audits, improve data accuracy, and streamline HR processes. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on reporting, testing, learning initiatives, and HR technology support. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience. • Support HR technology projects, system enhancements, and additional priorities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience supporting and/or administering Workday HCM in a functional-technical role • Experience troubleshooting HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and analytics • Preferred Experience supporting multiple HR functions as an HR Generalist or HRIS professional • Knowledge of additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits • Experience with process improvement, automation, testing, or HR technology initiatives
