📋 Description

• lead the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring they stay on track regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality • manage multiple projects, end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and defined success criteria are achieved • develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and governance materials • serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating clear and timely communication • track budgets and resources to maintain financial accountability and project profitability • identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology environments • understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and related tools • possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset • bring experience managing budgets, forecasts, and tracking project financials • have experience working with software implementation projects; experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions is an advantage but not required • hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, Agile are a plus • willing to travel as needed to support customers and project delivery
