📋 Description

• Create and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT): Develop automated, reliable flows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using orchestration tools. • Ensure data quality: Implement processes to monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and correcting structural issues to prevent compromises in analyses and customer journeys. • Optimize performance: Monitor the performance of data systems and implement improvements to ensure fast and efficient processing of queries and analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in SQL (procedures, DML, DDL, pipelines) and Python. • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (GCP, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for data storage and processing. • Orchestration Tools: Airflow and Cloud Functions. • Software Engineering: Knowledge of coding best practices, version control (Git), and testing. • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Analytical ability to identify bottlenecks, debug complex systems, and proactively find effective solutions. • Effective Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences (e.g., business and management teams) and vice versa, ensuring alignment of expectations and outcomes. • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other teams, contributing to a productive and collaborative environment. • Results Orientation: Focus on delivering data solutions that generate real business value and drive decision-making.
