📋 Description

• Design and develop features for Stone's websites (www.stone.com.br, www.ton.com.br and www.pagar.me), with a focus on quality, performance and user experience; • Act as a strong technical influence within the team by sharing knowledge of architectural patterns and code design, providing support to the team's developers; • Be a developer passionate about challenges, technology and continuous learning; • Collaborate closely with product, design and frontend teams to ensure smooth and efficient integration; • Actively participate in the team's agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros, etc.); • Serve as a technical reference and actively support the team's continuous improvement;

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript and Next.js; • Strong experience with unit testing, automated testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing; • Experience with segmentation and personalization (architecture and A/B testing tools); • Experience with analytics & observability (SEO, Datadog, etc.); • Experience in site maintenance/support and performance optimization; • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); • Knowledge of delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and Atlantis); • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP); • Data-driven mindset; • Sales funnel awareness; • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value; • Proactive about optimization and proposing new features; • Clear and empathetic communication across different areas of the company; • Ability to provide technical leadership on complex projects and contribute to architectural decisions;
