📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of energy improvement and carbon reduction projects on existing homes. • Ensure retrofit process compliance with PAS 2035 and relevant legislation. • Manage relationships with customers, responding to queries and complaints. • Monitor contractor performance on site and lead regular contract meetings. • Prepare project briefs, work descriptions, and specifications for sustainability projects. • Review and approve energy improvement design packages and health and safety information.

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience of managing planned programmes of work. • Have experience of delivering energy improvement works. • Have strong knowledge of retrofit, PAS 2305 and best practice. • Have extensive knowledge of the CDM, Asbestos awareness and all other regulations relevant to the delivery of retrofit works. • Have experience of managing multiple supply chain stakeholders, including contractors, designers and consultants. • Have comprehensive knowledge of the opportunities for CO2 reduction and energy efficiency improvements in the residential property. • Have knowledge of SAP and RdSAP. • Have excellent contract management skills as well as good knowledge of procurement. • Be able to manage a range of activities with autonomy; prioritising workload, agreeing targets and meeting deadlines.
