🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Deep expertise in system design, scalability, and architecture • Ability to influence and drive change across teams • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills • Proven track record of mentoring engineers • Deep understanding of full-stack development principles • Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerized applications • Experience making architectural decisions that balance technical debt and business needs
