📋 Description

• Build and lead a new, standardized training function • Design and implement a centralized Training & Development framework • Directly manage the corporate Learning & Development function • Provide strategic oversight and standardization for on-the-ground training • Drive the standardization of network-wide operational training • Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to develop training content • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness • Develop training that reinforces the company culture

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development • At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a training function • Direct experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain) • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling a training program from an early stage • Experience in a tech-enabled operational environment • Strong track record of using metrics and data to measure training effectiveness • Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field • CPTD, CPLP, or similar certifications are a plus
