📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for our transportation management system and parcel routing capabilities • Drive development of carrier selection algorithms, rate optimization, and routing logic • Lead integration initiatives with direct carriers and third-party TMS platforms • Build self-service tools and APIs that enable scalable parcel operations • Transform internal parcel capabilities into a standalone product offering for external customers • Partner with go-to-market teams to identify market opportunities and customer requirements • Drive adoption and revenue growth for parcel services across diverse customer segments • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver complex logistics software solutions • Partner with operations teams to understand real-world transportation challenges • Collaborate with business development on carrier relationships and partnerships • Support sales and customer success teams with product expertise and competitive positioning • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for logistics systems • Drive data-driven decision making through analytics and performance measurement • Contribute to overall product strategy and competitive differentiation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • 3+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology • Deep understanding of TMS systems, carrier operations, and parcel logistics • Experience with routing algorithms, rate optimization, and transportation network design • Knowledge of carrier APIs, EDI standards, and logistics system integrations • Proven track record building and scaling B2B logistics or marketplace products • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive business metrics and revenue growth • Solid grasp of system architecture, API design, and enterprise software integration • Experience building products that drive direct revenue and customer acquisition • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
