📋 Description

• Drive account forward and coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations • Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction • Turn client requests into priorities and action steps • Own client reporting and handle incidents calmly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships • Proficiency in project management • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking • Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of NBA season dynamics • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet • Comfort in cross-team collaboration and communication.
