📋 Description

• Drive the account forward daily by identifying and resolving issues proactively • Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams • Own account planning: roadmap, renewals, expansions • Serve as the main contact for the client’s executives • Make client reporting actionable and effective • Handle incidents and escalations calmly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing enterprise client relationships • Strong interest in basketball • Ability to work across teams effectively • Critical thinking about client needs • Comfort in working US Eastern Time hours • Sharp communication skills
