• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities • Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements • Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract • Provide HRIS navigation support to clients • Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information • Participate in projects as needed and assigned
• Basic understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced English and German skills • 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment • Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data would be an asset • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
