📋 Description
• Provide technical and functional consulting in application support, offering specialized guidance and effective solutions. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation related to support activities. • Manage tickets and daily priorities, ensuring established deadlines are met. • Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration. • Understand HR process flows and the SAP HCM architecture, with a particular focus on the Payroll (PY) module.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar positions, with a focus on the SAP HCM PY module. • Experience in SAP HCM configuration and parameterization. • Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, SAPscript, Smart Forms, ALV reports and standard reports. • Familiarity with ABAP, object-oriented programming (OO), BSP and Workflow. • Advanced English will be considered a plus.
