⢠Needs strong understanding of how the used solutions are implemented, maintained and how they are helping the clients to execute their processes ⢠Proven customer management and relationship building skills ⢠Demonstrated experience in leading HRIS projects and services ⢠Proven team leadership ⢠Proven Service orientation and growth mindset ⢠Able to take aligned decisions on time ⢠Advanced communication, teamwork, interpersonal and intercultural skills ⢠Understanding of local SAP/SF consulting market in Poland ⢠Certifications within SAP HCM and SF space are a plus ⢠Professional in Polish and English language ⢠German is a plus
