• Lead the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Provide expert guidance on best practices in workforce planning, time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance. • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective WFM solutions. • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams. • Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal development. • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. • Stay current with UKF Pro product updates and industry trends in workforce management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in WFM solution consulting • Strong understanding of workforce planning, time tracking, scheduling, and compliance requirements. • Proven experience in leading client engagements and delivering complex WFM projects. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Certification in UKG Pro WFM • Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare. • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware). • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
