⢠Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design. ⢠Building, modifying, and supporting all the configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager. ⢠Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis. ⢠Managing configuration migrations. ⢠Supporting UKG device management. ⢠Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions. ⢠Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM. ⢠Experience in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. ⢠Fluency in English (other European languages is a plus). ⢠Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications (desirable)
