• Customer Engagement/Business Development • Providing assessment and estimates for new contracts of work (post deployment) • Conducting customer facing meetings and regular service reviews • Works with Marketing/BDM on promotional activity • Responsible for collating all billing and expense data • Provides PM service on SOWs, co-ordinates consultant activity, and provides weekly status reports
🎯 Requirements
• Workday HCM/IC/EM certified • Proven Client Service credentials and experience • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and stay focused under pressure • Project Management Experience • Candidate will be expected to take and pass WD PM Certification (if not already certified)
