📋 Description

• You’ll help shape how we nurture prospective and current students, from their first interaction with StraighterLine to course completion and beyond. • You’ll design and execute campaigns that guide leads through the enrollment journey and keep students engaged after they join.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing (preferably in an EdTech, subscription, or consumer brand). • Hands-on experience with **HubSpot** and **marketing automation tools**. • Analytical mindset with comfort building reports and tracking key metrics. • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization. • Familiarity with **A/B testing** and data-driven optimization. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a mission-driven team. • Copywriting skills are a plus.
