📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day implementation of the company’s sustainability initiatives, driving measurable environmental impact across our operations. • Collaborate across teams to implement strategies and technologies that reduce GHG emissions, energy and water use, and waste across facilities. • Develop and manage systems for sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting. • Lead internal and external reporting, including annual sustainability reports, TCFD disclosures, GRESB, and customer/investor reporting. • Work closely with operations, development, and construction teams to align sustainability initiatives with project goals and timelines. • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. • Support green building certification processes (e.g., LEED, Green Globes, Energy Star), ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. • Develop and maintain sustainability KPIs, performance dashboards, and other measurement tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Sustainability, related field required, Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience managing and implementing sustainability programs. • Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, environmental health regulations, and strategies including GHG emissions, waste diversion, energy and water conservation, renewable energy procurement, and related best practices. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
