📋 Description

• Responsible for escalated operation and compliance concerns of the company’s group health and welfare and retirement programs • Develop and manage various benefit programs • Vendor management • Process improvement and enrollment and cost analysis • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance and HR Business Partner teams • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations • Oversee 401(k) non-discrimination testing, 5500 audits and filings, ACA filings • Manage vendor relationships and assist with vendor selection and implementation projects • Administer K12’s retirement plan and state retirement plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2-4 years related professional experience • Knowledge of benefit regulations, including health care reform (ACA), HIPAA • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to organize and lead a project to completion • Effective problem-solving skills • Experience with benefit module(s) of HRIS applications such as Ultimate Software, Workday, Oracle, etc. • Ability to travel 5% of the time
