📋 Description

• Serve as the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, Global Campaigns marketing teams. • Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth and timely execution. • Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design. • Design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, then standardize and scale them for broader use. • Partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery. • Lead programs to address recurring execution challenges—defining objectives, success metrics, and building repeatable processes. • Identify operational risks early, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions. • Drive ongoing improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution strategy. • Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing automation or campaign management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. • 3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo and Braze, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes. • Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset to track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. • Preferred: Experience in the technology or financial services sectors, ideally within a high-growth company. • Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and landing page optimization. • Preferred: Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution. • Preferred: Strong adaptive skills with a proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. • Preferred: Experience managing or collaborating with an offshore production team to streamline operations.
