• You own the entire process from SQL (inbound, partner, event): qualification, discovery, pitch lead and deal management • You orchestrate our consultants, tech specialists and partners and confidently guide clients through complex decisions • You establish realistic pricing ranges and clear decision-making frameworks • You ensure clients trust, understand and sign because they feel: you know what you’re talking about • You work closely with Shopify, ERP/PIM integrators and app partners – co-selling is a central part of your role • You help further develop our sales approach as a team player and actively contribute to improving our processes
• 5–8+ years of experience in commerce sales, including Shopify sales • Several years of Shopify experience (agency or in-house) with the technical depth to advise confidently • Experience with complex e‑commerce projects (migrations, B2B, ERP/PIM integrations) • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Ability to set price indications realistically – without overpromising • German at C1 level, confident English skills in a professional context • Willingness to travel for pitches, partner events and team meetings • Important: Pure hunter profiles without tech/Shopify understanding or project managers without sales expertise are not a fit for us
