• Support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials • Onboard and support a team of SMEs and test prep content developers • Consider and incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content • Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exam • Deeply understand test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials • Use AI and other technology in innovative ways to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development • Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers • Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality • Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead proactively
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years working in test prep content development, preferably US tests • Experience working in complex content management systems
