• 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B or SaaS applications. • Strong skills in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish. • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design and problem-solving in complex domains. • Experience working within design systems and cross-product ecosystems. • Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools); curiosity about AI-augmented workflows is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed, global teams.
