• Serve as a Senior Technical Account Engineer and trusted customer advisor for Sumo Logic customers • Help customers understand best practices to maximize Sumo Logic value and drive ROI • Provide hands-on assistance including advanced training, complex problem-solving, and enabling technology adoption • Build and maintain strategic relationships with users and executives in partnership with the Sumo Logic account team • Develop customized success and adoption plans, track progress, and expand usage • Identify financial and adoption risks and coordinate cross-functional plans to mitigate them • Monitor customer KPIs, proactively address deployment issues, and provide product roadmap feedback from customers • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls; maintain proactive strategic presence in accounts • Travel flexibly (generally once or twice a quarter, 10-25%) for customer and corporate visits, training, and mandatory meetings
• +10 Years of Technical Experience • Extensive SaaS experience managing multiple customer accounts; background in DevOps Engineering or SOC analysis preferred • Must be a Korean & English speaker • Hands-on keyboard experience and consultative skills • Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks and secure DevOps lifecycle • Professional and clear communication skills for executive and technical audiences • Ability to work with ambiguity and proactively seek support • Demonstrable account management skills managing multiple accounts • Monitoring platform experience (Sumo Logic, Splunk, DataDog, Elastic, New Relic, AppDynamics, VMWare Tanzu) • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Query language proficiency (SQL or similar) • Experience in monitoring, alerting, and security operations • Kubernetes expertise (including HELM); OSS skills in Otel, Prometheus, Falco a plus • Experience writing REST API scripts
