📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts • Provide pragmatic, risk-calibrated legal guidance • Own and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process • Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Legal degree from an accredited U.S. law school • 5 to 7+ years of experience practicing as a commercial or corporate attorney • Solid experience negotiating SaaS and software-related agreements • Good understanding of standard commercial terms • Working knowledge of major data protection and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus • Experience working in-house at a technology, fintech, or regtech company is a plus
