📋 Description

• Lead the O&M team and be responsible for overall O&M service in EMEA (sales support, O&M organization & platform & process building, O&M service fulfilment) • Lead optimization of comprehensive O&M service for Utility PV and BESS; improve O&M service portfolio focusing on expanding key products such as remote monitoring and importing automation or intelligent tools • Develop service sales: support bidding and sales, review and optimize O&M contracts, build the project pipeline, and track contract handover process • Manage O&M handover and delivery: support O&M handover and initiation, guide standard O&M implementation actions, and facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams • Monitor O&M service fulfilment quality, assure safety and stable operation for customer assets, manage customer relationship and satisfaction, and present O&M’s service values for customers • Manage professional O&M service as an essential business, focus on contract revenue, profit, long term service strategy and sustainable business development, contribute to company cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Energy, Electricity, Electronics or Computer Science majors would be a strong plus • 5+ years in O&M service, asset management, or project management in PV, ESS, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors • Proven experience in managing teams and developing customers’ relationship • Ability to manage multi-process tasks, flexible attitude and able to operate in a cross-functional, multicultural, dynamic and demanding organization • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both in speaking and writing at least C1
