📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to business stakeholders • Gather/translate business data requirements into technical specifications for the data engineering team • Oversee master data sets (Customer, Product, Payer) and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance • Lead data integration projects and collaborate on enhancements and functionality • Provide effective access to data for non-technical users through database views, visual tools and tool plug-ins • Monitor and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures • Manage data operations process leveraging data quality procedures and tools • Enhance the data quality framework • Manage targeting and alignment data with sales operations • Manage the data inquiry process and work with data providers to resolve issues as needed • Respond to ad hoc data inquiries and support field force training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field • Minimum 8–12 years without Master’s or 6–8 years with Master’s in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry • 5+ years in Commercial Data Management and/or Analytics • Experience managing data from distribution partners • Experience with data warehouse platforms (Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks) and MDM processes • At least 3 years’ experience managing data vendors and cross-functional environments • Proficiency in SQL, BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, and other data visualization/reporting tools • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva) • Knowledge of syndicated data (IQVIA & Symphony sales and claims data, MMIT)
