• Enriching and updating prospect and customer data in our CRM • Maintaining spreadsheets and lists for the sales team • Ensuring clean, accurate, and complete records to support outreach efforts • Helping identify and fill in missing data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.) • Supporting sales leadership with reporting and list organization • Play a key role in keeping CRM, prospect lists, and reports accurate, up to date, and optimized for outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Previous experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Highly organized and process-driven • Own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection required • Previous experience working in a remote setup • Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours (9am-5pm CT) • Located in Mexico (Any city, México, Mexico)
