📋 Description

• The Marketing and Social Media Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties and will work closely with other digital marketing efforts to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement and brand awareness. • Your passion for social media as a marketing, advertising, and communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels. • The successful candidate will be an excellent organizer, a creative writer, have an eye for design, and a team player. • You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a pulse on beauty/fashion industry trends. • Development and implementation of content for brand’s social media channels through content creator partners. • Plan, post, and maintain engaging content on our numerous social channels. • Monitor activity on Social Media sites; engage in a positive manner and edit when needed. • Perform daily community management on all social media platforms by engaging with followers, commenting on tagged posts, and answering inbound inquiries in a timely manner. • Develop an engaging and brand-aligned content calendar every month, ensuring content schedule deadlines are met. • Create “in-the-moment” content to compliment pre-planned content • Monitor brand analytics across numerous channels and provide reports to creative, marketing and brand managers on a weekly basis. • Establish and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors. • Responsible for increasing social media following an engagement. •Keyword research • Blog creation and posting •Email marketing creation, implementation, and strategy • Basic graphic design • Coordinate with Marketing & Creative team • Assist in all marketing needs, as requested by Marketing Manager and Brand Manager • Able to multi-task under time constraints, meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment. • Must be well organized, detailed oriented and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects. • Work directly with leading industry trade publications, distributors, and trade show marketing teams representing our brand. • Maintain brand integrity when collaborating with other departments like marketing, sales, and brand managers. • Ability to work with a wide variety of people and develop strong relationships. • Assist with any other tasks assigned.
