âą Have managed product managers before, ideally at the Director level or equivalent. âą Have 8+ years of product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure. âą Have shipped in the Postgres, database, or developer-infrastructure space. âą Are biased toward speed. âą Use AI to move faster. âą Work async by default.
