📋 Description

• Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives. • Lead initiatives to improve partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution processes. • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting supplier operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field. • 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development — ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions. • Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution to improve performance and accountability. • Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance and manage complex issues. • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes. • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
