📋 Description

• Design and implement smart contracts for stablecoin operations • Maintain developer-facing APIs and SDKs • Build backend systems for minting, burning, and transaction monitoring • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and testing • Provide technical mentorship and help shape engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level backend and blockchain engineer (7+ years) • Hands-on expertise in Solidity and TypeScript • Deep EVM blockchain expertise including smart contract design and integration • Strong understanding of stablecoin mechanics • Experience integrating with custody or vault systems such as Fireblocks, Copper or BitGo • Practical experience with DeFi primitives • Proven experience developing microservice-based, event-driven distributed systems • Strong understanding of REST, and GraphQL • Experience architecting and implementing responsive front ends using Vanilla React or Next.js • Competence with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining microservices
