📋 Description

• Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) application to ensure optimal system performance. • Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues related to Epic HB functionality, including incident management and root cause analysis. • Partner closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, IS teams, and key stakeholders to deliver enhancements, workflow optimization, and system upgrades. • Participate in HB-related testing activities for upgrades, patches, new features, and quarterly releases — including validation and documentation. • Provide HB-related data analysis to support critical revenue cycle initiatives and operational improvements. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on HB capabilities for cross-functional projects and revenue cycle transformation efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or related field • 3+ years of hands-on build or support experience within Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) • Epic HB certification or accreditation required. • Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows, revenue cycle operations, and payer requirements. • Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred: Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows, HB Charge Router configuration, HB Workqueues (Account, Charge Review, Follow-up, etc.), Reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench/SlicerDicer and HB/PB data extraction, Payer/Plan structure, Consecutive Accounts System Actions and General HSD setup/navigation. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Ability to operate independently in a fully remote Epic environment.
