📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business objectives. • Design, prepare, and execute functional, system, and program specifications using structured methodologies. • Lead and coordinate BI development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Develop complex SQL queries and ETL logic to support Epic Clarity and Caboodle data extractions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data visualizations and reports that drive decision-making across the enterprise. • Apply advanced knowledge of Epic data models, analytics tools, and business systems to deliver high-impact insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification and hands-on development experience. • Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Epic Caboodle Developer Certification and experience with data pipelines. • Experience with Epic Cogito tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer). • Hands-on experience in Qlik Sense dashboard design and development. • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
