📋 Description
• Support the build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Clinical Documentation and related inpatient applications • Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodologies • Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and provide timely and effective solutions • Collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and IT teams to support workflow optimization and system enhancements • Independently lead and coordinate small to medium-sized projects while managing timelines, quality, and deliverables • Support Epic upgrade cycles, project initiatives, and go-live activities • Develop test scripts, conduct testing, and support application validation efforts • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting inpatient clinical applications
🎯 Requirements
• Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification • 5+ years of Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation build, support, and implementation experience • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
🏖️ Benefits
• Salary based on experience $90,000 - $118,000
