📋 Description
• Support analytics and performance measurement across healthcare client’s Community Based Care business area • Leverage expertise in Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models and SQL programming to design, develop, and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations • Collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to solve high-priority analytic challenges • Prepare and present findings to key stakeholders • Independently manage projects that ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable data
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics • Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification • Minimum 3+ years of experience using BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Proven SQL development and data modeling expertise • Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL concepts • Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects independently from design through delivery • Preferred: Epic Caboodle Developer Certification • Preferred: Experience with Epic Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer) • Preferred: Hands-on experience developing with Qlik Sense • Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare or community-based care analytic initiatives
