• Enhance and optimize content across the blog and website for both search engines and AI platforms, working closely with the SEO content team. • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations that improve content operations, structure, and visibility. • Monitor and analyze Superside’s presence across LLMs, turning insights into clear recommendations and optimization actions. • Integrate AEO, GEO, and AI search principles into briefs, outlines, and content updates with content, design, and SEO specialists. • Improve on-page structure and technical signals including metadata, schema, and internal linking frameworks. • Run experiments on emerging AI search trends and contribute insights that shape Superside’s broader search and content strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years in SEO content creation, optimization, or content operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or design-led companies. • Strong systems mindset, able to design scalable workflows that improve research, optimization, and AI-assisted processes. • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data. • Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and workflows, plus an understanding of how LLMs interpret and surface content. • Analytical and growth-oriented approach, using data to experiment, measure impact, and iterate quickly. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
