• Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling • The ability to understand problems and find solutions. • The ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management, as well as conduct stakeholder meetings. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices • Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Advanced technical skills, experience with system integration, APIs, and web services. • Excellent documentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are a must • **Key Qualifications:** • - Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer Science. • - At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field is required
