📋 Description

• Lead project planning and execution for large-scale fulfillment center buildouts, including greenfield facility launches and FC moves from inception through go-live • Own end-to-end coordination of automation system deployments, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, and WMS integration • Define project scope, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics; maintain project plans and hold workstream owners accountable • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and other internal teams to align objectives and drive execution • Develop and maintain capital and labor models supporting facility investment decisions • Manage vendor relationships and deliverables across automation, construction, and equipment partners; escalate risks and enforce contractual commitments • Facilitate cross-functional communication on project status, risks, and decisions • Identify and mitigate project risks; surface issues to leadership with options and recommendations • Conduct post-launch performance reviews against throughput, labor, and cost targets; incorporate lessons learned into future facility design • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the fulfillment network • Develop operational and financial models for volume projections, labor planning, and capacity utilization • Liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Build performance measurement programs for automation systems and translate system data into operational reporting • Lead ROI tracking and validation for automation investments • Own post-launch performance measurement, improvement backlogs, and accountability across operations, vendors, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of program management experience in supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related distribution/logistics • Experience managing large-scale capital programs/projects of $5M+ including vendor contracts and equipment procurement • Experience managing cross-functional projects with simultaneous workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners • Direct on-site fulfillment or warehouse operations experience preferred • Experience with greenfield facility buildouts or large-scale FC relocations preferred • Familiarity with WES/WCS integration and automation vendor management preferred • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred • Experience in e-commerce or distribution environment preferred • Experience building KPI frameworks or performance dashboards in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred • Experience working with WES, WCS, or WMS data for operational reporting preferred • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to travel up to 15% of the year
