• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets • Negotiate and close sales • Demonstrate products to customers in person at the customer site • Attend exhibitions and courses to gather new leads • Sales administration (quoting, email correspondence, use of Dynamics) • Contact prospective customers via phone, email or virtual meetings to identify sales opportunities • Create prospecting lists from internet research • Work with Marketing team on demand generation campaigns • Work with Product Specialist(s) to arrange and deliver virtual/in-person demonstrations • Work with Product Management to collate customer feedback and discuss product development • Assist existing UK customers with account management queries and pass them to the correct department • Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions that matter
• Based within the Greater London area • Proven territory sales experience, ideally within medical sales or the simulation industry • Track record of exceeding sales targets • Experience working with Dynamics CRM an advantage • High degree of self-motivation with a ‘hunter’ mentality • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams • Highly organised and effective at keeping administration up to date • Desire to succeed and generate results • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills • Excellent active listening skills • Shows understanding of customer needs and requirements • Excellent customer service skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Able to work under pressure • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally, often at short notice
