🎯 Requirements

• Must have: 4+ years of SEO experience in an agency setting. • Proven success in leading AI-enhanced SEO campaigns that drive measurable ROI through advanced technical, content, and strategic execution. • Growth hacking mindset: experience in testing unconventional strategies, leveraging automation, and improving ROI through rapid iteration. • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) – you will communicate directly with clients, lead calls, present strategies, and manage relationships without intermediaries. • Proven experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance SEO performance and executing data-driven strategies to maximize organic traffic from AI-powered search experiences. • Ability to create simple scripts to automate data analysis and processing. • Strong ability to translate business goals into end-to-end SEO strategy, with full campaign ownership and measurable KPIs. • Ability to independently carry out comprehensive SEO analyses of sites analysing on-site and off-site elements in depth. • Proven ability to develop and implement AI-assisted content strategies at scale, tailored to business needs and search intent. • Experience working on a range of SEO verticals (Local SEO, Voice Search, eCommerce SEO etc.). • Ability to create project management plans and keep client projects on track. • Up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates and best practices in SEO. • A natural communicator and educator – able to confidently present strategies to clients and mentor junior team members. • Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms like GA4, GSC, Looker Studio. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve large-scale SEO issues using data, automation, and AI. • Confident in handling multiple clients/projects independently, without needing micromanagement. • Ability to meet strict deadlines while driving results through cross-functional teams. • Experience in creating and conducting SEO related training. • Nice to have: Experience working on SEO campaigns targeting multiple locations/languages. • Proficiency in no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable) for SEO automation. • Expertise in a particular technical solution such as CMS, framework, back-end, etc., and the ability to leverage it for SEO purposes.
