📋 Description

• Implement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clients • Integrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languages • Design and develop end-user functionality such as forms, workflows and reports for customer implementations • Work closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation, and report design and implementation • Work with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent technical and analytical skills • In-depth knowledge of data handling and SQL • Integration experience with enterprise software • Excellent organizational skills; ability to set own task lists and timelines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team • Demonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundaries • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent) • Valuable skills: Linux; Windows 2000/3; XML; Java; JSP; HTML; Perl • Database experience: Oracle; SQL Server; DB2 • Experience as a DBA, System Administrator, or Network Administrator • Experience implementing and managing data warehouses • Experience with Hadoop or other Big Data platforms • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, SAS) • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Brio)
