🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite • Clear, confident communication skills • Ability to multitask between systems while speaking • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Technical Requirements: Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended), USB noise-canceling headset, Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups), Dual monitors strongly recommended, No Mac or Chromebook devices
