📋 Description

• Develop high-fidelity tactical and swarm behavior models, including threat and comms environment modeling. • Work closely with mission team and customers to identify & prioritize M&S requirements and mission use cases. • Translate tactical requirements and performance metrics into autonomy behaviors. • Perform simulation and Monte Carlo analysis of mission scenarios. • Collaborate with teammates to ensure interoperation of simulation & software and modeling accuracy. • Present tactical insights to mission leads, executives, and external stakeholders (including defense partners).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Math, or related field. • 5+ years developing mission-level modeling & simulation in aerospace/defense. • Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, autonomy, or distributed decision-making. • Fluency in Python (SciPy/NumPy), and C++ or Rust for performance-critical algorithms. • Ability to communicate tactical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
