🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • 3-10+ years of Business Analysis experience (varies by role level). • Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and system documentation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook). • Experience working in structured project management environments (PMO, Agile, etc.). • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and deadlines. • Preferred Qualifications • Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification. • Experience with government, financial services, healthcare, or enterprise IT projects. • Knowledge of data analysis tools, reporting dashboards, or enterprise applications. • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project tracking tools.
