• Supervise and lead the tax compliance process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns. • Manage and support a remote team of tax professionals, providing guidance and training. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance. • Implement and oversee quality control procedures for tax deliverables. • Leverage technology for seamless collaboration with team members and clients. • Participate in the professional development of the tax team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax. • Proven experience in remote team management and collaboration. • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
