• Manage, expand and maintain existing customer relationships domestically and internationally • Identify and acquire new distribution partners and lead negotiations at an international level • Responsible for sales, profitability and growth targets in defined market regions • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities early • Support product launches, promotions and training activities • Attend international trade shows and industry events • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Executive Management
• Commercial/business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further training in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration • Several years of professional experience in sales – ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle or consumer goods sector • Experience working with export partners and private-label clients (OEM) • Strong closing skills, excellent communication and international negotiation experience • Independent, structured working style and willingness to travel • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
