📋 Description

• Lead treasury activities: strategy, execution, and risk management; maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial service providers • Manage payments, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning • Handle investor relations reporting and work closely with HR on compensation strategies • Work with Head of Operations to oversee and improve financial systems, workflows, and controls for a distributed, crypto-native business • Drive financial strategy and execution across business lines and products • Lead company-defining financial initiatives and pressure-test new business verticals and products through rigorous financial modelling and analysis

• Love of ambiguity and fast-paced, global environments • Sharp financial and analytical instincts; strong judgment and execution • Strong communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence across the business • Genuine curiosity about blockchain and belief in the role finance plays in building the future of digital assets • Experience leading treasury activities, payments, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning • Experience with investor relations, preparing reporting and data for updates • Experience designing sustainable, competitive compensation strategies and improving financial systems, workflows, and controls
