đź“‹ Description

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis • Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and organizational policies • Oversee general ledger processes and accounting operations • Coordinate internal and external audits, including year-end audit support • Develop and maintain financial systems, reporting metrics, and internal controls • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities • Optimize accounting workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy • Provide financial insights and participate in strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on financial planning and reporting • Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA designation preferred • Strong experience with full accounting cycle: treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger • Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail • Experience working with external auditors preferred • Exposure to multinational or international accounting environments is an asset • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment
