📋 Description
• Support the development, modernization, and implementation of records classification frameworks and retention schedules • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business units, legal, privacy, audit, and IT • Create clear documentation such as retention rationales, classification models, and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in records management, information governance, compliance, or related disciplines • Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, public sector, or Crown corporations • Strong knowledge of records lifecycle management • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, gaps, and overlaps • Ability to distinguish official records from transitory information
